(Shanghai, China- 15th March 2010) Themed "Discerning Innovation Trends; Seizing Recovery Opportunities", IC Market China 2010 is staged in Shanghai from March 9th to 10th, 2010. The ceremony for "the Fourth (2009) China Semiconductor Innovative Product and Technology Award", which was jointly organized by the China Semiconductor Industry Association, the China Electronics Materials Industry Association, the Chinese Electronic Equipment Industry Association, and the China Electronics News, was held at the annual conference. Two projects of Hua Hong NEC won awards at this year's competition. One is 0.13um SONOS Embedded Memory Technology, and the other is Super Concurrent Testing (SCT).
